<p>Chief Executive Officer (CEO)</p><ul><li>Lead the overall vision, strategy, and growth of the television channel.</li><li>Supervise and guide all functional areas including News, Programs, Marketing, Finance, and Operations.</li><li>Ensure adherence to journalistic integrity, editorial independence, and high-quality content delivery.</li><li>Represent the organization at national and international levels, building strong networks and partnerships.</li><li>Develop innovative strategies to strengthen revenue streams and long-term financial stability.</li><li>Provide leadership to inspire and motivate teams, fostering a culture of creativity and accountability.</li></ul><p>Chief Operating Officer (COO)</p><ul><li>Manage day-to-day operations of the channel with a focus on efficiency and broadcast excellence.</li><li>Oversee newsroom functions, program scheduling, and technical operations.</li><li>Implement the organization’s strategic plans in collaboration with the CEO and Board.</li><li>Drive content quality, audience engagement, and operational performance.</li><li>Monitor compliance with broadcasting standards, media regulations, and corporate governance.</li><li>Lead teams to improve organizational productivity and maintain high professional standards.</li></ul>
