We are looking for a dynamic and hands-on CEO to lead a well-established construction company with ₹400+ Cr annual turnover.

Role Highlights:

• Lead and strategize across projects, operations, sales, finance & HR
• Handle execution of 6-9+ large-scale projects
• Drive growth, streamline processes & enhance profitability
• Build strong relationships with clients, vendors, and stakeholders
• Ensure compliance and continuous operational excellence

What We’re Looking For:

• 15+ years in real estate/construction
• At least 5 years in a senior leadership role (CEO/COO/Director)
• Managed turnovers of ₹200 Cr+
• Experience with high-rise, commercial, or infra projects
• Strong leadership, negotiation & execution capabilities
• Civil Engineering background preferred | MBA is a plus
