As CFO, you will be a key strategic partner to the Management members, driving financial sustainability, growth, and innovation. You’ll oversee all aspects of financial management—including planning, budgeting, forecasting, compliance, and reporting—while ensuring strong governance and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead financial strategy to support the university’s academic, healthcare, and infrastructure expansion.
• Manage end-to-end financial operations including accounting, audits, risk management, and compliance.
• Drive cost optimization and sustainable revenue models (tuition, healthcare ventures, research, partnerships).
• Provide financial insights for strategic decisions at the Board and Trustee level.
• Build systems for transparency, accountability, and digital transformation in finance.
• Mentor and strengthen the finance team for scale and efficiency.

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Chartered Accountant (CA) / CPA / MBA Finance or equivalent.
• 12+ years of progressive finance leadership experience (preferably in higher education, healthcare, or large corporates).
• Strong understanding of compliance, taxation, and regulatory frameworks in India.
• Strategic thinker with hands-on execution capability.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
