We’re recruiting for an accomplished Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead operational finance in a shared services environment across multiple business units.

This role requires a hands-on strategic finance leader with the ability to manage working capital, oversee controls and audits, and drive efficiencies across high-volume operations.

Key responsibilities include:

• Leading operational finance - working capital, suppliers, debtors, cash flow
• Strengthening internal controls and risk management frameworks
• Overseeing internal and external audits, ensuring compliance
• Providing business analysis, benchmarking, and process improvements
• Leading, coaching, and developing a high-performing finance team

What we’re looking for:

• Honours/MBA in Accounting, Finance, or Economics (CA(SA) highly advantageous)
• 10+ years’ financial experience, with 5+ years in senior management roles
• Proven leadership in high-volume trade/service industries
• Strong background in risk management, process implementation & strategic finance
