Generate sales leads via all existing sales channels. Administer our existing online market with the aim to generate leads for deal execution. Manage and grow the existing DEALER NETWORK, with the aim to generate leads and close deals. Work closely with other team members to ensure effective and efficient marketing and communication, in line with company goals.( I.e. Social media management //email marketing etc.). Maintain accurate/updated records of all existing and potential clients for effective and efficient service delivery. Provide timely responses to client inquiries and proffer solutions to client complaints. Identify and assess customers needs to achieve satisfaction. Achieve the teams sales targets and call handling quotas. Collaborate with team members to achieve project objectives.
