Oversee day-to-day activities for commercial interior construction projects from start to finish. Manage subcontractors, schedules, and budgets with precision. Communicate effectively with clients, vendors, and team members. Handle vendor calls, bid follow-ups, and time-sensitive project details. “Plug bids” by estimating and inserting missing costs during bid evaluation. Use Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Email) comfortably—must understand Excel formulas to spot and fix errors.
