Job Description

<p> About the Role:</p><p>We are looking for passionate and skilled Commi 1 & Commi 2 Chefs specializing in Continental Cuisine to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate should have a flair for international flavors, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment while maintaining high standards of hygiene and presentation.</p><p> Key Responsibilities:</p><ul><li> Assist in preparing and cooking continental dishes (starters, mains, sauces, grills, pasta, salads, etc.)</li><li> Ensure consistent taste, quality, and presentation of all food items.</li><li> Maintain cleanliness and hygiene as per <b>FSSAI and kitchen safety standards</b>.</li><li> Support the Head Chef and Sous Chef in daily operations.</li><li> Contribute to menu planning with innovative ideas and seasonal ingredients.</li><li> Manage kitchen inventory and ensure proper storage of raw materials.</li><li> Work effectively as part of a team to ensure smooth kitchen operations </li></ul><p><b>Requirements:</b></p><ul><li> Proven experience in <b>Continental Cuisine</b> (hot kitchen, cold kitchen, or bakery skills will be a plus).</li><li> Diploma/Certificate in Culinary Arts or Hotel Management preferred.</li><li> For Commi 1: 2-3 years of relevant experience.</li><li> For Commi 2 : 1-2 years of relevant experience.</li><li> Strong sense of taste, plating, and creativity.</li><li> Ability to work in a <b>high-pressure, team-driven environment</b>.</li></ul>
