About the Role:
We are looking for passionate and skilled Commi 1 & Commi 2 Chefs specializing in Continental Cuisine to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate should have a flair for international flavors, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment while maintaining high standards of hygiene and presentation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in preparing and cooking continental dishes (starters, mains, sauces, grills, pasta, salads, etc.)
- Ensure consistent taste, quality, and presentation of all food items.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene as per FSSAI and kitchen safety standards.
- Support the Head Chef and Sous Chef in daily operations.
- Contribute to menu planning with innovative ideas and seasonal ingredients.
- Manage kitchen inventory and ensure proper storage of raw materials.
- Work effectively as part of a team to ensure smooth kitchen operations
Requirements:
- Proven experience in Continental Cuisine (hot kitchen, cold kitchen, or bakery skills will be a plus).
- Diploma/Certificate in Culinary Arts or Hotel Management preferred.
- For Commi 1: 2-3 years of relevant experience.
- For Commi 2 : 1-2 years of relevant experience.
- Strong sense of taste, plating, and creativity.
- Ability to work in a high-pressure, team-driven environment.
