We are hiring a Compliance and H&S Manager to lead the development and implementation of compliance strategies, manage organizational risks, and ensure full alignment with regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and enforce internal compliance policies across departments.
2. Identify, assess, and mitigate legal, operational, and financial risks.
3. Ensure compliance with all relevant local and international regulations.
4. Coordinate with legal advisors and regulatory bodies.
5. Provide regular risk and compliance reports to senior management.
6. Recommend policy improvements to strengthen internal controls.
7. Oversee internal audits and health & safety compliance.
