We are looking for a highly skilled Credit Manager to oversee our credit operations and ensure the company's credit risk is effectively managed. The ideal candidate will lead a team, implement credit policies, and improve cash flow.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing and leading the credit control team.
- Developing and implementing credit policies and procedures.
- Monitoring and improving cash flow, aged debt, and DSO.
- Managing ledgers over £100 million.
- Assessing and mitigating credit risk.
Required Skills:
- Extensive experience in credit management.
- Proficiency in SAP, Oracle, Sage, Xero, Dynamics & bespoke systems.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
