Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person interactions
Provide efficient and effective services aligned with company policies and standards
Coordinate and follow up with operations teams to fulfill client requests accurately
Ensure high standards of customer service and timely resolution of complaints
Prepare regular reports on customer interactions, feedback, and service performance
Identify areas for process improvement based on customer feedback and operational insights

Support the CRM system by updating customer records and tracking service requests
Build strong relationships with clients to enhance loyalty and satisfaction
