Macmillan Education India is seeking an experienced Curriculum Consultant - Foundational to support the design, development, and review of international curriculum frameworks. The consultant will play a key role in creating high-quality, age-appropriate, and globally benchmarked content for foundational-level learners.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, review, and align foundational-level curriculum with international standards.
• Design structured learning outcomes, lesson plans, and assessment strategies.
• Ensure content reflects global best practices while being adaptable to local contexts.
• Collaborate with subject experts, instructional designers, and educators.
• Provide guidance on innovative pedagogy, child-centered learning, and competency-based approaches.

Requirements:

• Minimum 10 years of experience in curriculum development, academic research, or educational consultancy.
• Strong background in early years/foundational education.
• Experience in international curriculum development (IB, Cambridge, or similar) preferred.
• Excellent skills in content structuring, academic writing, and assessment design.
• Ability to work within timelines and manage multiple deliverables.
