Key Responsibilities:
Provide excellent customer service via phone, email, and/or chat in both English and Spanish.
Answer questions, troubleshoot problems, and resolve concerns efficiently.
Maintain accurate customer records and contribute to a positive team environment.
Qualifications:
Fluency in English and Spanish (written and verbal) is required.
Previous customer service experience preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
