We are building an exciting new department within our well-established Durable Medical Equipment (DME) company based in New York. We are looking for a Customer Service Representative with a strong background in DME, excellent communication skills, and hands-on experience with platforms like Brightree and SNAP.

What Youll Do:
Handle inbound and outbound calls with patients, healthcare providers, and insurance companies
Respond to customer inquiries via email and social media platforms in a timely and professional manner
Use Brightree and SNAP to process patient orders, collect required documents, and manage workflows
Work within Shopify for order tracking and customer support (training provided if needed)
Support patients specifically with CPAP equipment setup, order verification, and documentation requirements
Ensure compliance with Medicare/Medicaid and private insurance requirements for DME documentation
Collaborate with internal teams to track orders, resolve delivery issues, and provide exceptional support
What Were Looking For:
- 12 years of customer service experience with a U.S.-based company
- Brightree experience is a must
- DME knowledge is a must
- Experience with SNAP DME software is a big plus
- CPAP knowledge is a big plus
- Fluent spoken and written English communication
- Strong problem-solving skills and a Can Do attitude
- High attention to detail and ability to work independently without supervision
- Fast learner, tech-savvy, and able to adapt to new systems quickly
