Responsibilities:

Assist customers with service booking, troubleshooting, and any issues related to their appointments.
Provide clear information on services, pricing, and company policies.
Manage customer feedback and resolve complaints professionally.
Process orders and follow up with clients as needed.
Maintain accurate customer records and update service logs.
Requirements:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities.
Previous experience in customer service (preferred but not required).
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
