Assist customers with product inquiries, order processing, and issue resolution. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve concerns. Continuously work to exceed customer expectations and improve the overall experience. Qualifications: Education: High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelors degree preferred). Experience: 1-2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment. Skills: Strong communication, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities. Familiarity with CRM systems and customer support tools is a plus. Ability to handle multiple tasks and remain organized under pressure. A passion for delivering a great customer experience.
