Job Description
The Customer Service Specialist is responsible for providing support to clients, travel agents, and passengers by addressing their inquiries. Approximately 90% of the work involves handling inbound inquiries, while the remaining 10% focuses on back-office tasks. These responsibilities are carried out through phone, email, and chat communication channels.
Respond promptly to incoming calls, emails, and chat inquiries
Identify customer needs, clarify information, research issues, and offer appropriate solutions or alternatives
Foster strong customer relationships and engage with clients by going the extra mile
Maintain confidentiality and safeguard customer information
Achieve individual and team qualitative and quantitative performance targets
