- Manage all customer interactions (phone, email, chat) with efficiency and empathy.
- Proactively conduct personalized follow-ups to anticipate needs and strengthen client engagement.
- Ensure compliance with all financial procedures and customer service standards.
- Provide regular reporting on customer activity and satisfaction.
- Support and promote the brand at events (trade shows, webinars).
- Provide 24/7 assistance to VIP clients through all available channels.
