<ul><li>Client Onboarding<ul><li>Onboarding new customers by scheduling training of the product at different levels for the staff, managers and owners</li><li>Communicating with third parties to ensure fast user registration process</li></ul></li><li>Client Support<ul><li>Proactively identify and address potential customer issues or concerns to prevent churn</li><li>Develop and implement strategies to mitigate customer risks and improve overall satisfaction</li><li>Visit customers and schedule conference calls that give them customized training on how their product can be used to meet their needs</li></ul></li><li>Client Communication<ul><li>Building and nurturing strong client relationships through effective communication, problem-solving, and a deep understanding of customer needs</li><li>Gather feedback and insights on the overall experience of using the product</li><li>Ensuring overall satisfaction, retention, and growth of our customer base</li><li>Analysis of client performance and recommendations for improvement of product adoption</li></ul></li></ul>
