Job Description

<p>We are looking for a passionate and experienced Deputy Manager / Manager - Human Resources (IR) to join our manufacturing operations in Dolvi, Maharashtra. This leadership role is pivotal in managing plant-level Industrial Relations, handling statutory compliance, and driving workforce engagement in a dynamic and unionized environment.</p><ul><li>Lead and implement IR strategies aligned with corporate policies and plant objectives</li><li>Address employee grievances to maintain a positive and productive work culture</li><li>Manage union negotiations, wage settlements, and disciplinary proceedings</li><li>Ensure full compliance with all labour laws, factory acts, and statutory regulations</li><li>Handle contract labour, floating workforce management, and license renewals</li><li>Liaise with government bodies, legal consultants, labour courts, and local authorities</li><li>Support manufacturing in disciplinary matters, domestic enquiries, and legal documentation</li><li>Drive CSR, employee welfare, and engagement initiatives across multiple plant locations</li><li>Monitor and manage external industrial environment to mitigate IR risks</li><li>Maintain effective coordination with corporate HR and site leadership</li></ul>
