The Baton Rouge Youth Coalition is seeking an exceptional Director of Development to lead our fundraising efforts and drive our mission forward through strategic relationship building and innovative development work.

This role is perfect for a seasoned fundraising professional who thrives in both strategic planning and hands-on execution. Our Director of Development will work with our CEO and oversee all aspects of fundraising, including grant management, donor stewardship, and individual and corporate giving campaigns.
