Our customer is seeking a seasoned Director of Security to lead a large physical security contract supporting U.S. government clients across the Washington, DC area. This role requires 24/7 oversight of all contract operations, including personnel management, client relations, incident response, and billing. The Director will oversee a workforce of approximately 300 full-time security personnel, organized into teams embedded at client sites. Each team is led by an on-site Security Manager, who reports directly to the Director. The Director serves as the primary point of contact for all client relationships and is ultimately responsible for operational performance.
