YOUR Mission:
Online Sales & Platform Management
Oversee day-to-day operations of the e-commerce platform (e.g., WooCommerce, or custom CMS). Optimize product listings, pricing, and promotions to maximize conversion rates and revenue. Collaborate with marketing to execute digital campaigns (email, SEO, paid ads) and track ROI. Ensure seamless integration between online and in-store inventory systems to prevent stockouts/overstocks.
Order Fulfillment & Customer Experience
Streamline order processing, shipping, and returns workflows to meet SLAs (e.g., same-day dispatch). Monitor and improve post-purchase touchpoints (tracking, delivery notifications, returns). Address escalated customer service issues related to online orders. Implement tools (e.g., live chat, AI bots) to enhance UX and reduce cart abandonment.
Data Analysis & Performance Optimization
Track KPIs: Conversion rates, AOV (average order value), CLV (customer lifetime value), and traffic sources. Generate weekly/monthly reports on e-commerce performance for leadership. Use A/B testing to refine website UX, checkout flow, and merchandising.
Team Leadership & Cross-Functional Collaboration
Manage a team of e-commerce specialists (content, customer service, logistics). Liaise with IT, marketing, and retail stores to align strategies (e.g., click-and-collect, omnichannel promotions). Train staff on new tools/processes (e.g., CRM updates, marketplace policies).
Technology & Innovation
Evaluate and implement e-commerce tools (e.g., PIM systems, payment gateways, analytics platforms). Stay updated on industry trends (e.g., AR shopping, subscription models). Ensure compliance with data security (PCI-DSS) and regional e-commerce regulations.
Budget & Vendor Management
Manage budgets for platform fees, third-party integrations, and digital marketing spend.
