<h3>Key Responsibilities:</h3><ul><li>✔️ Oversee the daily operation, maintenance, and optimisation of the LMS</li><li>✔️ Ensure compliance with SETA/QCTO requirements in learner tracking & reporting</li><li>✔️ Lead and mentor administrators & training coordinators</li><li>✔️ Develop interactive, engaging digital courses using modern e-learning practices</li><li>✔️ Research and implement innovative e-learning technologies & global best practices</li><li>✔️ Design and launch short online courses to meet client and market needs</li></ul><h3>Requirements:</h3><ul><li>🔹 Bachelor’s degree in Education, Instructional Design, EdTech, L&D, or related (NQF 7)</li><li>🔹 5+ years’ experience in e-learning management or digital learning roles</li><li>🔹 Proven experience managing LMS platforms (Moodle, Totara, Canvas, Blackboard, etc.)</li><li>🔹 Strong team leadership and project management skills</li><li>🔹 Knowledge of SETA/QCTO compliance in digital learning</li><li>🔹 Familiarity with tools such as Articulate Storyline, Captivate, Camtasia</li><li>🔹 Passion for innovation, inclusivity, and learner success</li></ul>
