<p>One of the nation’s oldest and largest labor and employment law firms representing management is seeking experienced employment attorneys (7+ years) to join our Virtual Office as Employment Counsel.</p><p>This primarily remote position centers on managing administrative charges, attorney demand letters, and employment litigation for a broad range of clients, including those with Employment Practices Liability Insurance (EPLI). You’ll play a dual role—handling matters directly and supervising others—shaping case strategies, drafting and reviewing work, conducting depositions, and representing clients at hearings, conferences, and trials. While the position is remote, some local travel may be required.</p><p>You’ll focus primarily on single-plaintiff litigation, administrative charges, and demand letters, with opportunities to contribute to class action and PAGA cases, as well as other labor and employment matters. Collaboration is key—you’ll work closely with partners and attorneys, supported by experienced paralegals and a shared secretarial team.</p><p>This role is ideal for attorneys seeking a flexible work environment without sacrificing the challenges of full-cycle litigation. There are no business development pressures—allowing you to focus purely on delivering outstanding legal work.</p>
