Currie & Brown is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Estimation & Costing Engineer to join our dynamic team in Lower Parel, Mumbai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in civil engineering with a proven track record in the estimation and costing of complex projects such as multi-storeyed commercial buildings and industrial warehousing structures. Key Responsibilities Prepare detailed cost estimates for commercial and industrial construction projects. Analyze project drawings, specifications, and other documents to prepare accurate estimates. Collaborate with design, planning, and procurement teams for budget preparation. Review tender documents, identify cost risks, and provide value engineering recommendations. Maintain and update cost databases and pricing structures. Use software tools such as AutoCAD, Microsoft Project (MSP), and SAP for project planning and cost control. Requirements Education: Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering; Postgraduate qualification from NICMAR is preferred. Experience: 1015 years of total experience with at least 810 years in estimation and costing. Industry Exposure: Experience in commercial high-rise and industrial warehousing projects is essential.
