We are seeking a skilled Estimator II to join our preconstruction team. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing accurate and timely cost estimates for commercial and light industrial projects. Your expertise will contribute to the successful bidding and execution of projects.

• Analyze project plans and specifications to determine cost estimates.
• Prepare detailed quantity takeoffs and cost summaries.
• Collaborate with project managers and subcontractors to gather pricing information.
• Identify potential risks and opportunities during the estimating process.
• Maintain accurate and organized records of all estimates.
