MBA with 3+ years of experience as an Executive Admin support to the Leader (VP, Managing Director) by preparing correspondence, etc.
- Make sure that the Leader is fully prepared for all meetings and activities
- Organize documents, maintain records and take notes at meetings and any other administrative tasks.
- Manage and coordinate with cross functional departments
- Manage multiple schedules and maintain communication across teams.
