<p>MBA with 3+ years of experience as an Executive Admin support to the Leader (VP, Managing Director) by preparing correspondence, etc.</p><ul><li>Make sure that the Leader is fully prepared for all meetings and activities</li><li>Organize documents, maintain records and take notes at meetings and any other administrative tasks.</li><li>Manage and coordinate with cross functional departments</li><li>Manage multiple schedules and maintain communication across teams.</li><li>Be focused, consistent, punctual and reliable.</li><li>Be organized and trustworthy with confidential and personal information</li><li>Calendar management.</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Be proactive and process oriented.</li><li>Experience in coordination activities, including prioritizing action plans, calendar management, and vendor management.</li><li>Scheduling meetings.</li><li>Proactively follows up and coordinates with the team to get the work done on time.</li><li>On a monthly/Weekly basis, provide a project status report/summary to upper management.</li><li>Responsible for the flow of information from the project owner to the team regarding the project.</li><li>Information on the development of project management should be kept up to date.</li><li>Strong ability to give attention to details, as well as tested organizational skills.</li><li>Updating and reporting on the schedule's progress.</li><li>Make appropriate, informed decisions regarding priorities and available time.</li><li>Maintain, manage, and document all project reports and statements.</li><li>Maintain close contact with the seniors to keep them informed of upcoming commitments and responsibilities and follow.</li><li>Execution skills, analytical skills, capable to multitasking, learning attitude</li></ul>
