Job Description
<p>Key Responsibilities:</p><ul><li>Coordinate air, sea, and land shipments from origin to destination.</li><li>Prepare and review export documentation (invoices, packing lists, certificates, etc.).</li><li>Ensure compliance with customs regulations and international trade laws.</li><li>Liaise with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and internal teams to resolve delays or discrepancies.</li><li>Maintain shipment schedules and proactively update stakeholders.</li><li>Monitor export support programs and ensure proper documentation for subsidies or incentives.</li><li>Keep accurate records for audits and reporting.</li></ul><p>Qualifications & Skills:</p><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field.</li><li>0-2 years of experience in export coordination, logistics, or international trade.</li><li>Proficiency in export documentation, customs procedures, and compliance standards.</li><li>Familiarity with Incoterms, HS codes, and international regulations.</li><li>Excellent MS Office skills (Excel, Word, Outlook).</li><li>Strong communication and customer service skills.</li><li>Very good English (written & spoken).</li><li>Ability to work independently, prioritize, and manage multiple tasks.</li></ul>
