Job Description

We are looking for a well-groomed, professional, and customer-oriented. Front Office Executive to be the face of our prestigious commercial properties - Ocus Technopolis and Ocus Medley. The ideal candidate will manage the reception area, handle client interactions, and coordinate front-desk operations to ensure a welcoming and smooth experience for all visitors and tenants. Key Responsibilities: 1. Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and vendors in a professional manner 2. Manage incoming phone calls, emails, and queries efficiently 3. Maintain visitor logs and issue visitor passes as per protocol 4. Coordinate with housekeeping, security, and facility management teams for day-to-day operational support 5. Handle courier and mail distribution 6. Ensure the front desk area is tidy, organized, and presentable at all times 7. Assist tenants and visitors with general inquiries and escalate issues when required 8. Maintain records and files relevant to front office operations 9. Support administrative tasks as needed by the Property Manager or Admin Head
