Job Description
We are looking for a friendly, well-presented, and customer-oriented Front Office Associate to join our hospitality team. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will be responsible for delivering a warm welcome and ensuring a smooth check-in/check-out experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet guests in a professional and courteous manner
Manage front desk operations including check-in, check-out, and reservations
Handle guest queries, complaints, and feedback efficiently
Maintain guest records and process payments accurately
Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments
Answer phone calls and respond to emails in a timely manner
Ensure the lobby/reception area is clean, organized, and presentable
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent; diploma/degree in hospitality is a plus
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, hotel PMS software preferred)
Good communication skills in English and local languages
Positive attitude, grooming standards, and multitasking ability
Previous hotel/front desk experience preferred but not mandatory
