The University of Cape Towns Grounds & Gardens department is looking for a dedicated Gardening Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our horticultural and landscape services across campus. Lead and supervise gardening teams as directed by the Operations Manager Allocate daily tasks and ensure high-quality maintenance Enforce horticultural best practices and campus upkeep standards Operate and maintain landscaping tools and irrigation systems Work closely with staff across campus to create and maintain beautiful grounds Conduct regular inspections and ensure Health & Safety compliance
