We are looking for a Growth Hacker - Sales who is creative, data-driven, and obsessed with driving revenue. This role goes beyond traditional sales — we're looking for a strategic thinker who can design, test, and optimize unconventional growth tactics to scale customer acquisition and accelerate sales.
🎯 What You’ll Do
- Develop and test creative sales strategies to drive growth
- Build and optimize outbound campaigns (emails, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Work with the marketing team to build high-conversion funnels
- Analyze data to find what’s working and double down
- Use sales and automation tools to streamline outreach
- Identify new market segments and sales opportunities
✅ What We’re Looking For
- 2-5 years of experience in B2B sales or growth roles
- Strong understanding of sales funnels and lead generation
- Experience with tools like HubSpot, Apollo, or LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- Data-driven mindset with creativity to test new ideas
- Great communication and problem-solving skills
