Develop and implement quality control systems and processes for GI/GL, CGL, and Colorcoated steel production lines. Manage and supervise quality inspections, audits, and product certifications. Coordinate with production teams to ensure quality standards are met. Lead root cause analysis of quality issues and implement corrective actions. Oversee testing, inspection, and acceptance procedures for finished products. Manage the implementation of product specifications and standards. Develop and monitor quality KPIs for performance improvement. Ensure all equipment and processes comply with the applicable regulations and safety standards. Continuously assess and recommend process improvements to enhance product quality.
