Job Description

Operational Oversight Lead and manage day-to-day operational functions including partners, CPE collection, quality control (QC), admin & fleet, and technical support. Ensure efficient service delivery and adherence to SOPs and SLAs. Team Leadership Develop and supervise the following teams: CPE Collection Team QC Team Admin & Fleet Management Team Facility & HSE Team Partners Technical & Managed Support Team Provide guidance and mentorship to team leads to ensure performance targets are met. Process Optimization Identify gaps in current operations and drive process improvements and automation initiatives. Ensure seamless coordination between technical, commercial, and partner support functions. Reporting & Coordination Report operational KPIs and updates to CEO. Coordinate with other departments (e.g., Fiber Infra, Commercial, Finance) for cross-functional efficiency. Compliance & Risk Management Ensure operations are compliant with company policies, health & safety regulations, and contractual obligations. Mitigate risks by implementing proactive measures and ensuring staff accountability.
