We are seeking a Helpdesk Engineer to provide technical assistance and support to our users. You will troubleshoot hardware and software issues, resolve technical problems, and ensure the smooth operation of our IT systems.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide first-level support to end-users via phone, email, or in-person.
* Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues.
* Document all support requests and resolutions in the ticketing system.
* Escalate complex issues to the appropriate IT support teams.
Required Skills:
* Proficiency in Windows and macOS operating systems.
* Experience with Active Directory and user account management.
