Oversee and update the HR database; ensure accurate records and compliance
Enter new hire data and maintain employee personnel files
Track and resolve issues in HR systems; ensure smooth operations
Prepare monthly and year-end reports on new hires, terminations, and transfers
Draft job postings, recruitment lists, memos, and letters
Receive and track job applications; support the recruitment process
Respond to employee inquiries and assist courteously and promptly
Assist in preparing employee support letters (bank, visa, government, etc.)
Coordinate with the HR team on training, onboarding, and employee support activities
Perform clerical functions and special HR projects as assigned
