<p>We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR Coordinator to support our human resources department. The HR Coordinator will assist with various HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and HRIS maintenance.</p><ul><h3>Key Responsibilities:</h3><li>Assist with recruitment efforts, including posting job openings and scheduling interviews.</li><li>Coordinate new employee onboarding and orientation programs.</li><li>Maintain employee records and HRIS database.</li><li>Support employee relations activities and address employee inquiries.</li><li>Assist with HR projects and initiatives as needed.</li></ul><ul><h3>Required Skills:</h3><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Strong organizational and time-management abilities.</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.</li><li>Knowledge of HR best practices and employment laws.</li></ul>
