We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized HR Coordinator to support our human resources department. The HR Coordinator will assist with various HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and HRIS maintenance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with recruitment efforts, including posting job openings and scheduling interviews.
- Coordinate new employee onboarding and orientation programs.
- Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy in HRIS.
- Support employee relations activities and address employee inquiries.
- Assist with HR projects and initiatives as needed.
