Job Description
<ul><li>Assist in end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and induction of new hires.</li><li>Maintain accurate employee records, attendance, and leave management in HR systems.</li><li>Handle employee queries related to HR policies, benefits, and day-to-day matters.</li><li>Support payroll data preparation including attendance, leave, and overtime.</li><li>Contribute to performance management, training coordination, and employee engagement activities.</li><li>Ensure compliance with company policies, labor laws, and HR regulations.</li><li>Prepare HR reports, documentation, and provide support during audits and inspections.</li><li>Participate in policy implementation, process improvements, and health & safety initiatives.</li><li>Stay updated on HR best practices and bring forward innovative ideas.</li></ul>
