We are looking for an HR Operations Specialist to manage end-to-end HR functions across India. The ideal candidate will have experience handling various HR processes from recruitment to exit formalities, and a keen focus on employee engagement and statutory compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Employee Lifecycle Management: Assist in all stages of the employee lifecycle, from manpower planning to exit formalities.
- Recruitment: Support the recruitment process, including job profile creation, sourcing, interviewing, selection, and offer acceptance.
- Onboarding & Induction: Ensure a smooth onboarding process and seamless transition to the respective department.
- HR Administration: Manage HRMS data, prepare MIS reports, and handle backend operations for HRMS and Field Force Reporting portal (PEARL).
- Payroll & Benefits: Oversee attendance, leave management, payroll processing, and employee expense claims.
- Statutory Compliance: Coordinate with Finance to ensure timely payment of Provident Fund, ESIC, and other statutory obligations.
- Employee Engagement: Organize employee engagement activities to foster a positive work culture.
- Grievance Resolution: Address and resolve employee grievances in a timely manner.
- HR Projects: Assist in the implementation of HR systems, including HRMS Portal integration, biometric system, and automated payroll.
- HR Letters: Prepare and issue various HR letters such as Offer Letters, Confirmation Letters, Relieving Letters, etc.
- Vendor Management: Coordinate with vendors and manage relationships for HR needs.
- Other Duties: Assist with salary inputs, final settlements, and additional HR-related tasks as needed.
