Job Description

<p>We are looking for an HR Operations Specialist to manage end-to-end HR functions across India. The ideal candidate will have experience handling various HR processes from recruitment to exit formalities, and a keen focus on employee engagement and statutory compliance.</p><h3>Key Responsibilities:</h3><ul><li>Employee Lifecycle Management: Assist in all stages of the employee lifecycle, from manpower planning to exit formalities.</li><li>Recruitment: Support the recruitment process, including job profile creation, sourcing, interviewing, selection, and offer acceptance.</li><li>Onboarding & Induction: Ensure a smooth onboarding process and seamless transition to the respective department.</li><li>HR Administration: Manage HRMS data, prepare MIS reports, and handle backend operations for HRMS and Field Force Reporting portal (PEARL).</li><li>Payroll & Benefits: Oversee attendance, leave management, payroll processing, and employee expense claims.</li><li>Statutory Compliance: Coordinate with Finance to ensure timely payment of Provident Fund, ESIC, and other statutory obligations.</li><li>Employee Engagement: Organize employee engagement activities to foster a positive work culture.</li><li>Grievance Resolution: Address and resolve employee grievances in a timely manner.</li><li>HR Projects: Assist in the implementation of HR systems, including HRMS Portal integration, biometric system, and automated payroll.</li><li>HR Letters: Prepare and issue various HR letters such as Offer Letters, Confirmation Letters, Relieving Letters, etc.</li><li>Vendor Management: Coordinate with vendors and manage relationships for HR needs.</li><li>Other Duties: Assist with salary inputs, final settlements, and additional HR-related tasks as needed.</li></ul>
