We are looking for a proactive and experienced HR Recruiter to manage blue collar hiring across all categories including highly skilled Rope Access Technicians. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in blue collar recruitment and be capable of handling end-to-end hiring, onboarding, documentation, and coordination. Flexibility in working hours is a must, as many candidates may be available only after normal working hours.
