Job Description

A leading industrial company in Kafr El-Dawar is seeking an experienced and skilled HR Specialist to join its dynamic team. Key Responsibilities: #Recruitment : Manage the end-to-end recruitment and selection process, from job posting to contract signing. Source and attract candidates through various channels, including databases, social media, and job portals. Conduct initial interviews and assess candidates' suitability for the job requirements and company culture. Coordinate technical interviews with relevant departments and follow up on results. Complete all hiring procedures for new employees. #Organizational_Development (OD): Participate in the analysis, design, and development of organizational structures. Create and update job descriptions for all positions within the factory. Contribute to the development and implementation of performance appraisal systems. Identify training needs and assist in creating annual training plans. Participate in initiatives aimed at improving the work environment and increasing employee satisfaction.
