We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented HR Staff member with Mandarin language proficiency to support our HR operations in Jakarta. The ideal candidate will assist in various HR functions, ensuring compliance with local regulations and company policies. Key Responsibilities

• Assist in recruitment processes, including posting job ads, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
• Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy in HR systems.
• Support the onboarding and offboarding processes for employees.
• Assist in the administration of employee benefits programs.
• Translate documents and communications between Mandarin and Indonesian/English as needed.

Required Skills

• Proficiency in Mandarin Chinese (spoken and written).
• Knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and HR practices.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
