Job Description
Supervise and manage core HR functions including recruitment, payroll, employee relations, and training.
Monitor attendance, leave, overtime, and compile data for monthly payroll processing.
Observe employee behavior and discipline; provide recommendations or actions when needed.
Prepare and manage employment contracts and other HR-related documents.
Ensure compliance with Myanmar Labor Law and company policies.
Submit daily/weekly/monthly HR reports and maintain HR records accurately.
Assist in performance appraisal and performance management processes.
Coordinate with internal and external audits by preparing HR-related documents.
Provide guidance and supervision to HR Assistants or Executives.
