Key Roles & Responsibilities:
Oversee daily HR operations and ensure smooth execution of all personnel-related functions
Implement effective recruitment strategies and manage end-to-end hiring processes
Maintain accurate employee records, contracts, and HR databases
Manage government platforms such as Qiwa, GOSI, Mudad, Musaned, etc. seamlessly
Monitor attendance, leaves, and employee punctuality records
Support the development and enforcement of company policies in alignment with Saudi Labor Law
Ensure full compliance with internal regulations and external legal requirements
Prepare periodic HR reports and present insights to executive management
Oversee performance appraisals, training initiatives, and career development plans
