- Role Overview: Youll lead the HR Business Partnering function, driving strategic alignment between people initiatives and business priorities. Youll serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, guiding workforce planning, organizational effectiveness, and cultural transformation. - Key Responsibilities: a.
