Implement and maintain HSSEQ management systems in line with ISO 45001, ISO 14001, and ISO 9001 standards. Conduct routine site inspections, risk assessments, incident investigations, and internal audits. Ensure compliance with Botswana legislation, Lucara standards, and E-Drive internal protocols. Facilitate HSSEQ inductions, toolbox talks, and training sessions for staff. Lead and coordinate incident response, including reporting and root cause analysis. Maintain accurate and up-to-date HSSEQ documentation and performance reports. Promote the integration of sustainability and quality initiatives into daily operations.
