Key Responsibilities, Recruitment & Onboarding
- Manage end-to-end hiring for HO, production staff, designers, field sales team, and support.
- Draft and manage job postings, screen candidates, schedule interviews, and onboard hires
- Coordinate with RMOs and BDMs for region-wise hiring of Fashion Advisors
- Maintain digital records of employment contracts, ID proof, salary structure
Compliance & Contracts
- Manage contracts of 180+ current staff and ensure timely renewals, documentation, and compliance
- Prevent unionization issues by enforcing clear, legally-sound employment terms
- Ensure compliance with labour laws, ESI, PF, maternity policy, POSH Act
Training & Performance
- Conduct regular training programs: sales scripts, ethics, system usage, product knowledge
- Maintain performance review cycles across departments; assist in disciplinary actions if required
- Collaborate with leadership to build a KPI framework for each team
HR Operations & Culture
- Maintain attendance, leave records, payroll coordination, and HR MIS
- Manage internal conflict, grievances, or escalations fairly and confidentially
- Promote a positive workplace culture aligned with Roslis' fashion-forward and ethical brand image
Field HR Coordination
- Coordinate with Sales Heads (RMOs/BDMs) to ensure proper field-level communication and retention
- Support recruitment drives, onboarding camps, and occasional regional travel if needed
- Implement internal policies to ensure ethical behavior, data privacy, and non-poaching norms
